Thank you for taking the time to check out CrossFit Toe To Toe. We value each of our members and are committed to helping each and every person grow as an individual in the gym and as an athlete. In order to ensure that each person joining CrossFit Toe To Toe is equipped with the best possibility for success, we have all new members go through 6 one hour training sessions where we teach the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit. These are all barbell movements that require a lot more instruction than we can give new members in a regular class setting. In each of the six classes we will teach you specific lifts and how to execute them safely and efficiently. Our goal is that you finish these six classes ready to jump in with our regular classes feeling confident and excited. We do not expect you to be a master at the movements after the six classes and rest assured, movements are always reviewed at the start of our group classes.
The movements covered in these classes include: front squat, overhead squat, back squat, press, push press, push jerk, deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull and clean. If you already have a knowledge of these movements, you can “test out” of this series with one of our trainers.
The cost for the six sessions is $180. This INCLUDES your first month membership (unlimited classes/week). We schedule multiple classes at a time convenient to you. Or you can opt. for six session without the extra classes for $75.
